They're the real deal! "You're the best rock band we've seen in a long time", said the owner's of the Cavern Pub, Liverpool, who sought them out and asked them to play there, and play they did! The Carmen Pimps are now awaiting invitations to Musicworks, Glassgow for Aug 31-Sept 3, and the Popkamm Music Festival, Berlin Sept 15, two of largest music festivals in the world and we await confirmation shortly. Just got in from the gig at Hornden on the Hill festival and i cant get to sleep. I'm buzzin I've got all these fantastic tunes in my head that the pimps were playing tonight. They were excellent, I've seen them a couple of times now and this was by far the best that i'd ever seen themplay before. They were on top form. If you haven't seen these guys play yet then get your arses to the next gig. You will not be dissapointed these lads are gonna be fucking famous I tell ya.

Just to let everyone know, the Carmen Pimps have added a new bass player in Alan Hill and have been working on new material for the past few months as the gear up for the reording of their first album this summer. And we will have some exciting news for their fans in the near future. Stay tuned for important updates soon! The train IS truely leaving the station and will be heading out with a full head of steam! Yeah, baby!!!
