Katie Price & Peter Andre Go Bust

It was unavoidable really; sooner or later I was going to have to mention Peter Andre and Katie Price AKA Jordan. Now, before you ask ‘how is this music related?’, well Peter Andre makes something that could loosely be described as music so there’s my link. For the past week Katie has been partying hard in Ibiza and who can blame her. Isn’t that what everyone does after being dumped -go to Ibiza create havoc, wear gold swimsuits and barely there dresses for nights out, party until the wee hours and snog male models? Oh yeah, if only, that makes being dumped sound like fun. Anyway, I’m not quite sure if I’m team Price or team Andre. Peter seems like a nice enough guy, but as a girl I sympathize with Katie being dumped on by a guy. Either way I can’t decide what I think of them separately, but together they were comedy genius. Therefore they should get back together for my enjoyment if nothing else.

I have no idea why I started watching 'Katie and Peter Stateside', as I had never watched their reality shows before. But whatever it was I’ve become addicted to it. So how does the comedy genius come into it? Their arguments of course, they are so funny. Not that I in anyway condone arguing, everyone should be nice to each other. However, some highlights include:

The time they were having an argument in the car. It all started jokingly enough then escalated to Katie telling Peter to shut up or she’d smash him in the face.

Or the time when Peter was explaining what rhetorical meant and Katie refused to believe it was a real word. Then, after Peter looking it up and explaining it to her she still wouldn’t accept it.

Or, when they were late for a day trip with Peter’s parents because Katie was having her nails done. So Peter took the ‘rents for a drink while they waited for her. Katie arrived late but was pissed off as Peter had been going on at her for being late, so when she did arrive she sat in the car beeping her horn like a manic until Pete came out of the coffee shop.

Or Katie saying Peter looked 'like a right twat' everytime she caught him posing for photographers.

Good times.

So while I mourn the loss of my favourite couple, you can catch-up with all things Glasswerk. On the site this week we have lots of news, reviews and brand spanking new videos. We also sent one of our reviewers along to interview Biffy Clyro and you can read the interview right here [link] This week’s Glasswerk featured gigs include, the fabulous Wallis Bird and everyone’s favourites The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster.
