Salena Mastroiani

am a singer/songwriter from London and I've always had a passion for music! From the moment i could speak I found a channel, and an ability, to express myself through writing and performing!

At the age of 16, I started to take an interest in writing my own material, and recorded my first song in a friend’s studio. It was during this time that I discovered I also had a flair for fashion, earning a Degree at Bournemouth Arts Institute where my collection was exclusively selected to be showcased on the runway at Earls Court. My designs were sponsored by the Arcadia Group (Topshop, Miss Selfridge) and well received. However, despite my enthusiasm for fashion I decided that singing, and music in general, was my inspiration, and joined the ICMP, a prestigious music college in London .

I wrote many of my songs whilst attending the ICMP, working with loads of musicians who performed and wrote with me, eventually settling on a regular band to support my live performance with great success.

From my live performances, I have met producers and secured a decent rotor of session work, including demoing for Rhianna and Leona Lewis. However, it is with my original material and performing live with my band where my true passion lies. I am now in the process of working with producers on my first EP which is really exciting!!
