Legendary songwriter, producer, arranger and co-founder of the Beach Boys, Brian Wilson was last night presented with the top award of the night at the MOJO awards in London.
Presented by Crowded House and now Pajama Club's Neil Finn in front of a star-studded audience including Ringo Starr and Phil Collins, Biran thanked MOJO and all of his fans for being so supportive throughout his career.
Brian Wilson is to return to the UK in September for a string of live dates, in which he will perform his latest critically-acclaimed album Brian Wilson Re-Imagines Gershwin in its entirety, as well as performing tracks from SMiLE, Pet Sounds and classics from both his and Beach Boys' back-catalogue.
