Livercool's own The Coral are back in the studio preparing their new album - the first recording since the departure of guitarist Bill Ryder-Jones, who sadly left the band in 2008.
This time around there seems to be a bubbling feeling of excitement and perhaps new direction with James Skelly and the band working with legendary producer John Leckie. This will be the band's fifth full length album though no details of a release date or title has officially been announced.
Leckie is well known for his work on Radiohead's'The Bends' as well as The Stone Roses’ classic debut album.
