Bombay Bicycle Club Announce Brighton Warm Up Show

“We are happy to announce two special end of year shows in London, one electric at the Troxy and one acoustic at the Queen Elizabeth Hall. There will be a limited number of tickets that cover both shows which works out cheaper than buying them separately. We understand how frustrated everyone else will be but we cannot take too much time away from writing our third album. Next year there will be a lot more touring with the new record and we will make sure to go everywhere, even Cornwall” – Bombay Bicycle Club

Bombay Bicycle Club will close 2010 with three headline London shows having added a second matinee show (acoustic) at Queen Elizabeth Hall on December 5th after the evening show sold out. The band then play the following night at The Troxy on December 5th (electric) – before heading to the studio to finish work on their next album. Prior to the London dates, Bombay Bicycle Club will be heading to Brighton for a warm-up electric show.

New dates:
Thursday 2nd December - Brighton Concorde 2
Tickets available from 9am Friday 12th November

Saturday December 4th - Queen Elizabeth Hall, London **MATINEE SHOW – DOORS AT 3.30pm**

Previously announced shows:
Saturday December 4th - Queen Elizabeth Hall, London **EVENING SHOW SOLD OUT - DOORS AT 7.30pm**

July’s acoustic album Flaws was released to huge critical acclaim and went straight into the album charts at number eight.

Having been crowned “Best New Band” at the NME awards in February, Flaws – released almost exactly a year after their debut - bookended an incredible year for Bombay Bicycle Club. The band has grown into one of the most popular and exciting new bands in the country as proven by jaw-dropping sets over the summer at the Isle of White Festival, Glastonbury, their sold out acoustic tour and most recently at Radio 1’s “Mumford and Sons & friends” live concert.
