Engineers caught in the rain
Manchester four piece Engineers release a single ‘Come in Out Of The Rain’ on the 20th of September followed by the debut Mini album "Folly" through Echo on 27th September 2004. It includes a stunning version of theTim Hardin classic "If I Were a Carpenter" with Sweeney (drummer) making his vocal debut. The track "Forgiveness" is co produced with Tim Holmes from Death in Vegas.

Engineers are driven by a love of Dennis Wilson "Pacific Ocean Blue" & Talk Talk "Spirit of Eden", they want to create music of immense depth and scope that combines the experimental with the emotional. The band has recently finished supporting the Charlatans and Hope of The States on their UK tours, they have just been confirmed as special guests for the forthcoming Music tour which start's at the end of September 2004.

The single ‘Come In Out Of The Rain’ will be released as a 7” including the b-side ‘If I Were A Carpenter’ on the 20th September. The debut mini album ‘Folly’ will be released through Echo on the 27th of September.
