Mystery Jets Make Fun Of Reading Floods At Leeds

Mystery Jets joked about the flooding at the Reading Festival site as they played their set at the sister Festival in Leeds.

The band played a lunchtime slot on the Main Stage on the first day of the 2010 event, with bassist Kai Fish making a quip to the audience towards the end of their set.

"You'll all be glad to know that it's pissing it down in Reading!" he laughed, with the Leeds fans, enjoying a sunny afternoon in contrast, cheering back at him.

The band played a six song set including their most popular track 'two doors down'.

They were watched by frontman Blaine Harrison's father Henry, who used to be a live member of the band as well as Maccabees frontman Orlando Weeks.
