Editors have revealed that they want to start work on their new album 'as soon as possible'.
The next album will be the follow up to 2009's 'In This Light And On This Evening'. The band have also said that they can be "stronger and improve our song writing".
"We want to get involved in writing new music as soon as possible and get into an environment that we all enjoy," drummer Edward Lay told BBC 6 Music. "I think we have had enough time living with this record to know that we can be stronger and improve our song writing."
He added: "We have a couple of demos already and they are sounding excellent. I am genuinely excited about the two tracks we have received so far from [frontman] Tom [Smith]."
