dan le sac Vs Scroobius Pip have been nominated for the Judges Choice ‘Artist of the Year’ award at this years BT Digital Music Awards. [link]>

Signed to Sunday Best, dan le sac Vs Scroobius Pip are the only independent label artist on the six strong shortlist, alongside pop culture heavyweights Kylie, Gorillaz, Pendulum, 30 Seconds To Mars and Muse.

It is testament to the duos constant presence online and close relationship with an army of loyal fans, that they continue to mix it with artists used to the spotlight of traditional media. The awards ceremony takes place at The Roundhouse on 30th September. The BT Digital Music Awards are the premier UK awards dedicated to digital music entertainment.

With their unique brand of subversive pop, dan le sac Vs Scroobius Pip have seen their live and online following continue to grow since the release of their second album The Logic Of Chance in March. The number one Hip Hop album on iTunes it was followed up with a sold out UK tour, and this autumn they will head out on some of their biggest UK live dates yet.

Proceeded by new single Cauliflower – out 11th October – the bands latest tour includes the Shepherds Bush Empire on 1st November.
