David Guetta Announces 2011 Tour

Internationally respected artist/producer/DJ, David Guetta has announced a headline UK Tour throughout April and May 2011 culminating with two nights at London’s O2 Academy Brixton.

David Guetta’s track record has been impeccable for nearly two decades and he is now simply, a phenomenon. David Guetta’s name is synonymous with the world’s greatest dance music and with parties that bring that music to life. He is possibly the most entertaining electronic artist ever; certainly currently.

David Guetta has sold over 4 million albums worldwide and more than 1O million singles. If you include his productions (such as I Gotta Feeling for the Black Eyed Peas, its well over 20 million).

In 2010, his career reached new peaks: with 3 number one singles in the UK including “When Love Takes Over” featuring the vocals of multi-platinum pop-R&B songstress Kelly Rowland, “Sexy Bitch” featuring Akon and “Getting Over You” featuring Fergie, LMFAO and long time collaborator Chris Willis, his fourth studio album “ONE LOVE” is nothing less than a bold, beautiful manifesto for the global dance audience and has taken the sound above ground world-wide.

With a global following of nearly five million celebrants at over 200 DJ performances just last year attesting to his musical authority, it’s no wonder that Guetta has emerged as a catalyst and a curator of an exciting new musical hybrid, his magical producer’s touch bringing out the best in all his collaborators. He is one of the most connected artists on the planet with almost 11 million FB fans and 400 million views on Youtube. But nothing beats the live show. Despite his pop success, David is a DJ first and he has elevated the art to unprecedented levels. He holds the crowd in his palms with their hands high in the air, whipping them into a frenzy with a twisted mix of his hits and street electro beats. With pyro, an incredible light show and gigantic robots, this is a party like no other.

After storming the festival season with appearances including T in the Park, and V Festival plus his sold out F*** Me I’m Famous Ibiza Pacha residency these headline dates are not to be missed. To see David Guetta live:
