Band Of Horses Premiere New Video On IMDB

Band of Horses has confirmed that its surreal 70s biker flick homage “Dilly” will receive its world premiere today exclusively on IMDb. The unprecedented collaboration is IMDb’s first-ever foray into music video premieres. To watch and learn more about the borderline disturbing “Dilly” video, visit [link]>

“This is the first of our videos to truly capture the essence of what a day in our personal lives is actually like,” said Band of Horses singer Ben Bridwell.

Simultaneously, Band of Horses will release an iTunes exclusive digital 45 coupling “Dilly” with “Georgia,” the band’s Cee-Lo cover that recently rallied the Georgia Bulldogs to victory after a four-game losing streak and was lauded by Rolling Stone as “an indie rock pep rally--backed by the University of Georgia Marching band, no less.”

Band of Horses have also announced that they will be adding an eighth show to their UK tour early next year. The final show of the UK tour will be at the Bexhill, De La Warr Pavilion on 4th February.

Following a phenomenal year of touring and the release of their critically acclaimed third album Infinite Arms, 2011 will bring South Carolina’s finest back to our shores with a full UK and European tour. The full list of UK shows is as follows:

26th January - Newcastle Academy
27th January - Glasgow Academy
28th January - Birmingham Academy 1
30th January - Bristol Academy
31st January - Leeds Academy 1
1st February - Manchester Academy 1
3rd February - London Brixton Academy
4th February – Bexhill De La Warr Pavilion

London’s very own The Goldheart Assembly will be main support on all UK shows with Mojave 3 also confirmed to support (except Bexhill).
