Having established one of the most popular SXSW showcases in 2009 and 2010, Yorkshire’s Timeless Music Project is back once more at SXSW and has also teamed up with the North East's Music Development Agency Generator to present a special Yorkshire and the North East showcase at the British Music Embassy venue to feature Yorkshire acts Pulled Apart By Horses, Dinosaur Pile Up and David Thomas Broughton.

SXSW is regarded by many as the most important US based Music Conference relevant to British Music - helping to break acts including Amy Winehouse, Corinne Bailey Rae and the Kaiser Chiefs to name a few. There was a sharp upturn in interest for Yorkshire Music at SXSW 2009 and 2010!
This year’s Yorkshire and North East contingent is very strong with many artists from both regions selected to play official showcases and a number of music businesses in attendance.

- featuring a selection of YORKSHIRE acts offered showcases at SXSW Music Conference, Texas and a few more. In addition unsigned act ‘End Of Level Baddie’ was chosen by BBC Raw Talent Introducing. The CD will be handed out to music industry and taste makers from all over the world.
