Sonisphere Bill Update and Club Nights Announced

Not content with the likes of headlining acts Iron maiden and Rammstein being ably supported by The Cult, Alice Cooper, Anthrax and Iggy Pop - the floodgates have now opened on more acts confirmed for the UK Sonisphere festival this coming July.

Skunk Anansie, Apocalyptica , Gallows, Funeral For A Friend and Fightstar have all been announced. Sonisphere has just gotten more impressive than ever. Although we do wonder about the odd slight anomaly: Like why are Anthrax (Who are the only returning band on the bill from last year) placed so low down on the bill (Like they were last year!) in favour of indie-rock friendly bands like Placebo (Surely to win this year’s "What The Hell Are they Doing Here" award that we nominated Feeder for at last year’s event).

In addition the Sonisphere team have announced 60 club night to happen UK wide in the lead up to the event. the full list is below - so get yourself to a sonisphere night soon and listen to some of the best rock around.
