Jeffery Lewis and Daniel Johnston to play London Show

There will be a special show uniting two influential
anti-folk legends, Jeffrey Lewis and Daniel Johnston. The show will take
place at London's Troxy on 2nd April.

Daniel Johnston is an exceptional talent, revered by the likes of Kurt Cobain, Tom Waits, David Bowie and Sonic Youth for his sincere, disarming and sometimes heartbreaking songs.

This will be a rare performance with Daniel accompanied by an 11-piece
orchestra for the first time in his career, performing beautiful arrangements of old favourites as well as a few new songs.

Jeffrey Lewis is equally fantastic. As part of the original anti-folk
movement, he influenced and collaborated with the likes of Adam Green, Diane
Cluck and Kimya Dawson. His sharp witty lyrics and unique delivery have
influenced many (including prominent UK folkies such as Noah and The Whale,
Laura Marling and Johnny Flynn). This will be a rare solo performance.
