The Boy Who Trapped The Sun and the release of his new single 'Dreaming Like A Fool'. The single will be released on 20th Septmber on Geffen and will be the second single to be taken of his debut album 'Fireplace' released in July this year.
The track itself was co-written with Ed Hardcourt and is the wry tale of an ex girlfirend who tried to stab The Boy. “Lately it feels like we’re drifting apart,” he sings. “It could be because you’re insane.”
The Boy Who Trapped The Sun is 25 year old Colin MacLeod from Scotland’s Isle of Lewis. Colin has just finished a mini tour of Scotland with KT Tunstall and is out an about for the rest of the summer playing a host of festivals before heading back out on tour as support to Fyfe Dangerfield on his UK September tour.
