Firmly established as one of the country's most popular live bands, The Wombats have added two hometown Liverpool dates to their already bustling 2011 gig calendar.
They are to perform at Liverpool's O2 Academy on December 8th and 9th, with tickets for the shows going on sale this morning (July 8th).
The band's summer festival schedule has already seen them perform at Glastonbury, Radio 1's Big Weekend and Rockness, and continues with a Lovebox headline date and appearances at Wakestock and V Festival.
