God bless Record Store Day, and all who sail in her. The latest gem to be unveiled in honour of this Saturday's day devoted to all those lovely independent music shops is this LCD Soundsystem cover of Live Alone, originally by Franz Ferdinand.

Now defunct, LCD Soundsystem agreed to take part in a covers EP for Record Store Day, and this track was made available yesterday. Lovely stuff.
