‘Falling Down’, highlighted by reviewers as one of the best tracks on their latest album, will be released as a single on Monday 9th March (8th March digitally). The Noel Gallagher sung track is taken from Oasis’ 7th studio album ‘Dig Out Your Soul’ which went straight to number one in the UK and top 5 in the US on it’s release last October.
The video for ‘Falling Down’ will receive its premiere on Channel 4 on 3rd February at 11.35pm (E4 9pm) and was directed by Wiz with whom the band have worked in the past.
The band are currently on tour in Europe, they travel to Japan in March and in April play their first shows in China and South Africa. They return to play the UK stadium supergigs in the summer which saw phenomenal demand for tickets when they went on sale last year with over half a million being sold in a few hours. Kasabian and The Enemy will be joining them on the tour and more acts have been announced for these eagerly anticipated shows. Reverend & The Makers will be joining them at the Edinburgh, Sunderland and Wembley dates, Twisted Wheel in Manchester and Coventry and Rhys Ifan’s new group The Peth will open in Cardiff.
