‘Bliss out’ is the new single from Brooklyn dance trio Lemonade and the title also serves as an apt description of the track. It’s a euphoric collision of vibrant beats, chilled out keys and ambient, waily vocals. It’s a tantalising, psychedelic sound that progresses and builds beautifully while maintaining a great danceworthy energy.
The promo is topped off with a quartet of decent remixes from various other electro movers and shakers, Gold Panda’s spaced-out, crackly interpretation being the pick of the bunch. If ‘Bliss out’ is any indication of things to come, Lemonade’s well-received self-titled debut promises to be an interesting listen.
