‘The Other Side’ is the third single from their second album of the same name. It’s fair to say that this song is dire. It’s slow, with the cheesiest lyrics and it just sounds like they’re selling out. It’s highly commercial and it makes you ears bleed with how horrid it is. You hear it and you just are utterly bemused by how terrible it is. Thankfully, if you do decide to buy the single, there are remixes of the song which are much better than the radio edit, which makes you wonder why they weren’t released as the main version. Oh wait, we do know why, it wouldn’t sound right on the radio. Something with depth and an interesting sound wouldn’t do for the commercial public.
